How it works

  1. 1Invite your team

One at a time or several at once, each with a role that fits what they do.

  2. 2They work and clock in

Hours come from the time clock, jobs from the schedule.

  3. 3Review and mark paid

See each total and the lines behind it, pay them your usual way, and mark it paid.

01

Roles that fit your team

Owner, manager, office, sales, crew lead and field staff. Each role only sees what it needs.

02

Hours from the time clock

Clock in and out in the Field app. Fix a missed shift with a reason, then approve the week.

03

Pay, however you pay them

Hourly, per job, a percent of each job, a day rate or per new customer, with crew splits and overtime.

04

The lines behind every total

Every shift or job behind a person's pay, plus anything to check first, like a shift that was never clocked out.

Also on every plan

  • Tips, bonuses and deductions
  • Overtime rules you pick
  • Export to CSV
  • Managers see pay only if you allow it
  • Invite several people at once
  • One price for the whole team
Good to know
  • Homestone does not move money or take out taxes. Pay your team your usual way, then mark it paid.

Questions

Does every person cost extra?

No. Each plan is one price for a set number of people. Check Pricing for how many each plan includes.

Can my crew see what others earn?

No. Field staff only see their own jobs. Team pay is for you, and managers only if you allow it.

Is this payroll?

It works out what each person earned. Paying them and taxes stay with your usual payroll or accountant.
