Does each person need their own sign-in?

Yes. Each person gets an invite and their own sign-in, and only sees what their role needs.

Can I see my schedule in Google Calendar?

Yes. Subscribe once in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar and it keeps itself up to date.

What does the customer see after a visit?

A visit report with the checklist and photos, from a private link. They can also ask to move, skip or pause an upcoming visit.
